  26. Once upon a time, there was iconc --- it compiled Icon to C, then compiled
  27. that and linked against the Icon runtime library.  It worked well in the later
  28. v8 Icons, but is broken in v9; while it's still included in the v9
  29. distribution, it's unsupported.
